Project Description：The project involved the supporting system for the industrial heat dissipation, high-temperature gas circulation, ventilation and air exchange. Based on the operating environment characteristics of high-end radiator manufacturing, the customized ventilation and heat exchange fan was supplied to ensure the stable, efficient and safe operation of the production line throughout the entire process. Focusing on major operating problems, such as high-temperature heat dissipation, hot air circulation and exhaust gas discharge during the industrial production, the project adopted a combined solution consisting of high performance centrifugal fans and high-temperature plug fans, precisely accommodating the professional ventilation and heat exchange requirements of the production workshop and equipment operation.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the equipment failure rate decreased by 92% year on year, completely resolving the problems of high temperature shutdowns, rapid aging, and incompatibility with operating conditions associated with conventional ventilation equipment. The operation qualification rate reached 100%, enabling long-term fault-free operation throughout the year and substantially reducing the risk of production line shutdowns caused by ventilation equipment failures.
