Project Description：The project provided the ventilation, heating, and induced draft systems for a fully automated electrostatic powder coating line for industrial products in Congo. Our centrifugal fans and high-temperature fans were custom-integrated into the powder coating line, fully adapting to all processes including pre-treatment, drying, electrostatic powder recovery, high-temperature curing, and cooling / exhaust. The project effectively addressed the pain points of local conventional spraying processes, such as high dust pollution, uneven coating curing, high energy consumption, and poor equipment adaptability, ensuring the continuous, stable, and efficient operation of the powder spraying line, and helping upgrade local industrial spraying processes towards standardization, automation, and environmental sustainability.

Quantifiable Project Results：Since the project was put into service, the continuous operation rate of the whole machine exceeded 99.2%, and the spraying yield rate rose from 82% to 98.5%, greatly improving the appearance quality and corrosion resistance of finished products; the powder coating recovery rate increased to 92%, drastically cutting main material procurement costs; the annual maintenance costs decreased by 40%, reducing expenses for overseas spare parts purchases and labor maintenance.
